Location and Capacity
Embroidery Specialists is located near the centre of Auckland with fast access to the motorway system and our core suppliers, allowing us to deliver work quickly. We have six Tajima machines with a total of 57 heads including a 15 head specialty hat machine, 4 wide format platforms and 2 sampling machines. Our location, working space and production capacity combine to deliver fastest and consistent output.
Pricing
In response to customer requests we have produced an Embroidery pricing guide. Please ask if you would like a copy of these notes. As there are nine important variables for accurate pricing we offer an instant personal pricing service between 7.30am and 6.30 PM weekdays. Contact us with your image and placement details.
Priority Imaging Services
Our customers deliver a wide range of services for their clients. As well as Embroidery, we are offering screen-printing, digital printing, dye sublimation, design, digital imaging, bagging, heat press lettering, labelling, swing tagging, CMT, fabric dyeing and delivery. We are happy to customise your service to include start-to-finish decorating for you.
Team Biographies
Lavinia 
Lavinia is our Production Manager. She oversees all that enters and leaves the plant, and has extensive and varied experience working within the embroidery industry. Lavinia has a professional approach to meeting your deadlines with the best possible service. We can provide instant price service and recommendations for which application suits best for your logo & chosen textile, satchel or garment.
Janine and Trish 
Janine and Trish manage business systems and customer services. They are there to answer any queries you may have and assist with sales, supplying samples and quotations. Between them both with there varied backgrounds and experience they can offer you service which is professional, with a guaranteed smile.
Shane Fraser. 
An owner and Director in the business, Shane has experience in Business Management, Sales and Marketing and is constantly improving our services and processes to help you keep up with and exceed your expectations as our customer. Shane also has detailed knowledge of billing and invoices.

Embroidery Specialists have a staff with many years experience in Embroidery able to meet your every need and willing to look at every challenge.
Embroidery via Streetwise Apparel
Streetwise have a close working relationship with Embroidery Specialists. Their workmanship is of the highest quality and the turnaround times are very quick.
You work with Shane and his team to get the samples and pricing sorted out. The final artwork is sent to you for approval and then the sample is embroidered as well to make sure everything is correct and to give you a selling sample. From there we take care of the logistics like getting the bulk to them, monitoring deliveries, quality control and paying their account.
Shane uses the well known and reliable Tajima embroidery machines.
Digitising the designs into their system is an art and experience in this area is essential. How this is done has quite an effect on the end result.
They use a variety of backings and will advise you on whether you should use a tear away, wash away, heat discharge or a permanent solution for this.
The thread used is generally a Madeira 100% viscose rayon however they do have other options.
Madeira is a large international company and their range of colours is huge.
Sample and setup will vary so it’s best if you communicate directly with Shane on this.
